daily drawings return!

Been lax on my daily drawings last week, mainly because I was listing like a demon on eBay! They issue out free listings, and I go to it!

Anyway, first up is Missy, The Girl From Mars. She's an original character, from my Super Galaxy Femmes strip. I wasn't too happy with how her eyes turned out here. Lately, I've been using a sharpie to ink these drawings, just to change things up. I think I can fix it, if/when I colour it.

Next up is The Creeper. He's an anti-hero from DC Comics, created by the legendary Steve Ditko in the late 1960's. The Creeper has an off-kilter feel to him, and he's a bit on the crazy side.

Eric & eBay listings

I haven't been updating this blog with drawings because I've been busy, busy, busy listing beefcake photos and sketch cards to eBay. Woo woo! You can check out the array at if you wish. Be warned: not safe for work! ;)

I'm posting some of the photos of Eric, one of my favourite models to work with. We worked with each other several times, and the photos I'm posting are from our second shoot. Enjoy!

Clyde Didit

One of my favourite Archie Comics characters is Clyde Didit. He appeared in Josie for six issues, just before the comic became Josie & The Pussycats. He also has been on a Jughead cover! In recent years, he popped up in the background of a couple of digest stories. I don't know why I fell in love with this character, but I think he's a lot of fun.

There is another Clyde Didit at Archie... a member of the Madhouse Glads. This Clyde has brothers, and appeared in Madhouse Comics. If memory serves, he has black hair and the last name is spelled Diddit.

With this drawing, I just did a basic colouring job... no shading... no cleaning up of lines, etc... I like how it turned out, and look forward to drawing my favourite hippie again, soon!

Atomic Thunderbolt t-shirt

Now available at:

new sketch card, available at:

catching up with daily drawings...

I've gotten behind on my daily drawings. I penciled them, but didn't ink. So, this morning, I got caught up a bit!

1. Billy The Kid - this is a NSFW / beefcake version of the Charlton Comics western hero.

2. Hellcat. I absolutely adore her! She started out as Patsy Walker - teen humour / romance comics heroine. She appeared in many comics from Marvel... including her own title, from the 1940's into the 1960's. In the early 70's, she resurfaced and took on the identity of Hellcat! She was an Avenger for five seconds, and wound up being a mainstay in the Defenders.

3. Atomic Thunderbolt - obscure super-hero from the 1940's.

Billy The Kid & Destructor

Two new sketch cards. Billy The Kid comes from Charlton Comics, and Destructor comes from the early 1970's company Atlas. Billy was around for more than 100 issues of his own title. The baby-faced western star was supposedly based on the real-life outlaw, but he often acted in a heroic manner. Destructor was a short-lived super-hero title, with only one or two issues.

Reggie is my favourite Archie Comics character, and probably one of my all-time favourite comic characters. I decided to draw his classic look, and I had a lot of fun working on this.
