In terms of my health, I'm getting better. I continue to lose weight. I've lost 16lbs in 3 weeks. The nausea has died down, and I seem to be able to walk regularly.
I've started cooking from the paelo cook-book I got a couple of weeks back. I recently made the Baked Spaghetti Squash Bolognese. It turned out well, though I plan to tweak it a little. It made a nice sized casserole, and I'll be lunching on it all week.
Not much else going on other than trying to get back to a regular work schedule.
