As my back started feeling better, and I thought I could start up walking again, I got hit with a bad cold. I do mean bad. It knocked me for a loop for a couple of days. Since then, I've been struggling to get back to a regular work routine, and finish up a batch of commissions before I go on a trip with my sister-in-law and niece.
I have, however, managed to keep my weight down in the low 250's. Yay! I will continue my efforts. I likely won't get walking until after my trip, but I hope to sneak a few walks in beforehand. I will also attempt to change up my work schedule a bit, adding in more time for art projects, when I get back. Until then, I'll just carry on.
