Went to the 38th St. Augustine Lion's Seafood Festival yesterday with my
brother and nephew. We had a good time. We checked out the art that was
there, and I picked up a couple of bracelets at one booth. Saw some cool
comic art at another, and got the guy's card: www.useeverycolor.com
We got some crab cake sandwiches that were good, but basic. Just the
crab cake on a hamburger bun. We made use of the remoulade sauce bottle.
Then, we picked up some conch fritters (pictured) from a Caribbean
stand. These were great! Enough heat to give them flavor, but not so
much that your mouth is burning! In all, it was a nice outing.
